Hibiki (Suntory), Blended Harmony Whisky, 750 ml

Lots of dried fruit notes including plum, raisin, apricot and perhaps a hint of fruit conserve. Vanilla and floral notes, cacao and a very faint hint of peat.  Sweet wood notes, vanilla, honey develops into a warm spice rich apple and orange note before finishing with some oak woodiness and spiciness, some over-brewed tea and a faint passing note of peat.
