RETURNS

All sales are final and may not be returned or exchanged as we are not able to control how the wine has been handled and stored after it leaves our store by either pick-up, local deliveries, or shipping.

 

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Orders that have already left the store cannot be changed or canceled. If you want to cancel or make changes to your order, please call us before 12pm if the order has been placed the same morning and anytime before 12pm for any order placed after 12pm the day before so we can make sure to address your changes on time – Do not email us.

LEGAL NOTICE

Title on all wines sold by Maison MURA passes to the buyer at the time of purchase once it leaves our premises, either by shipping, local delivery or pick-up. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment or delivery of wines and is responsible for any loss or damage. 

If you require to have your wines shipped, you authorize Maison MURA to use FedEx or UPS to deliver them on your behalf.

If you opt for local delivery, you authorize Maison MURA to use a local courier to deliver them on your behalf.

You must be at least 21 years of age to order or receive wine from Maison MURA. Any shipments containing alcoholic beverages are sent with an “Adult Signature Required” sticker, and the carrier that delivers it is required to check for identification at time of delivery. Therefore, someone 21 years of age or older will have to be present at the time of delivery.
