Office Addresses Work Best

Since all alcohol deliveries require an adult signature, we suggest you ship to a commercial address, such as an office that you know will be attended by an adult over the age of 21. Most customers use this option.

Shipping Costs

Ground, 2-Day, and Air Shipment costs can easily be calculated within the Shopping Cart and before purchase. Simply select a quantity of wine from the home page and click “Buy Now” to go to the Shopping Cart. From the Shopping Cart, select your state, zip code, and your desired service speed. Please note: We may not ship to your state or zip code if you receive an error. Additionally, the wine may be out of stock. Please reach out to us with any inquiries at cheers@maisonmura.wine

    We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 12pm, or next day, for orders placed after 12pm. In all cases, you can expect your package to arrive between 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm. A person of 21 years of age minimum with a valid ID must be present to accept delivery. If no one is available to receive the package when delivery is attempted, we will attempt to re-deliver next day.

    We offer FREE delivery to the zip codes listed below, with a minimum of $300 total purchase. For orders under $300, a $25 flat fee will be applied.

    Pick up

    Our team will prepare your order and contact you by email once ready. All orders are usually ready within 1 hour. A person of 21 years of age minimum with a valid ID must be present to receive pick-up.

    Weather

    We do everything possible to protect our wine shipments from temperature-related damage. If you are concerned about the temperature-related weather in your area, you may request a specific shipping date, a “weather hold,” or a faster shipping method. Additionally, inclement weather may impact ship times. Maison MURA is not responsible for carrier delays due to weather-related occurrences.

    Signature Policy

    You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine from Maison MURA Wines. All packages sent by Maison MURA Wine REQUIRE a signature upon delivery. It is highly recommended that you provide us with a business shipping address for the best delivery service. We cannot refund any shipping charges if your package comes back to us because there was no adult to sign for the wine.

    Token of Trust

    You may be asked to identify your age and identity through Token of Trust. 

    Returns and Cancellations

    • You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the shipment date if the wine is corked or we made an error in what we shipped to you. Please email cheers@maisonmura.wine to state your claim, and we will send you a box and return label to ship the wine back to us. 
    • Products must be in the condition you received (except for opened, re-corked bottles) and in the original shipping box and/or packaging.
    • The cork must be put back in the opened wine, leaving the contents of the wine in the bottle since we can't take back any empty bottles
    • Once your return is received and inspected by our staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
