Xoriguer Mahon Gin, 1000ml

This style of gin is limited to the Spanish island of Menorca. The base of Mahon gin is made from wine using parellada and xarel-lo grapes from the Penedes region. The majority of juniper is gathered wild from the neighboring mountains and is definitely the focus of the spirit. At turns oily, piney, and earthy, with notes of forest flowers, spring herbs, and hot sand, which elevate this to the extraordinary.
