Rochelt, Quince, 375 ml

Our quince is called “Ronda” and comes from Upper Austria. It is pear-shaped and has a felt-like yellow/gold skin when fully ripe. This eau de vie draws out the elusive essence of this fruit in a way we have never tasted before. The flavors work their way from honeysuckle, chamomile and vine flowers to a crescendo of passion fruit, sweet herbs, white pepper, fresh ginger and cooked quince.
