Finished using Olorosso Sherry, PX Sherry, and cognac casks. These casks allow the delicate characteristics of past occupants to mingle and marry with the smooth yet bold aspects of the bourbon. Nose of cracker jack, caramel, nut brittle and dark cherry. Palate of marzipan, spearmint, cinnamon and nutmeg.
